RELATED INFORMATION ON SYSTEMS AND LEVEL OF SAFETY AT DE RHU BEACH RESORT

1.0 COMPOSITION AND DISTRIBUTION OF OFFICERS

1.1 Occupational Safety and Health of De Rhu Beach Resort comprises a total of 8 staff:

i. 1 x Head of Department
ii. 1 x Security Supervisor
iii. 5 x Security Guard
iv. 1 x Resort Driver

1.2 Security of the resort and visitors are monitored and supervised within 24 hours, and assignments of security guards are divided into 3 shifts as follows:

i. Morning shift—07:00 to 15:00 (7:00 AM–3:00 PM):

a. 1 x Head of Department
b. 1 x Security/Safety Supervisor
c. 1 x Driver Resort

ii. Evening shift – 15:00 to 23:00 (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM):

a. 1 x Security Guard
b. 1 x Driver Resort/Security Guard

iii. Night shift—23:00 to 07:00 (11:00 PM–7:00 AM):

a. 1 x Security Guard
b. 1 x Driver Resort/Security Guard

2.0 RESORT VEHICLE

2.1 The Security Department provides 2 vehicles for transportation for the staff and visitors to the resort.

i. 1 x Van Nissan Urvan 3.0 cc (Registration no. CDB 7469)
ii. 1 x Nissan Navara 2.7 cc (Registration no. CDE8369)

2.2 This facility is available for the following purposes:

i. Transport for resort visitors when necessary:

a. Visitors who do not exceed 4 people—CDE8369
b. Visitors who exceed 5 to 12 people—CDB7469

ii. Emergency vehicles—used as transport during an emergency case to send the visitors or employees to get treatment at the nearest medical center.

3.0 MONITORING OF SAFETY AND VISIT BY POLICE FORCE

3.1 Every two days, a police vehicle with at least 2 members will be visiting the resort with the aim of

i. Getting the number of visitors who stay at the resort.
ii. Getting the guest group statistics by category of activities such as:

a. Seminar
b. Family Day
c. In-house guests and various other activities.

iii. Information in the event of any problems or incidents.

4.0 SAFETY MONITORING SYSTEM THROUGH closed circuit television (CCTV)

4.1 The resort is equipped with 66 units of CCTV cameras, which are operated and monitored via the CCTV Control Room located in the Security Control Post. It operates 24 hours and is regularly monitored and controlled by a security guard at all times.

4.2 Camera CCTV cameras are placed at various strategic locations.

i. Resort area in the building:

a. The main route to the rooms—14 units.
b. Entrances and exits of the resort—8 units.
c. Resort lobby area—6 units.
d. Access to the hall and offices—10 units.
e. Halls and Cafe—11 units.

ii. Outdoor area:

a. Exit and Entrance to the resort—3 units.
b. Car park—4 units.
c. Gates around the resort – 4 units.
d. The pool area—3 units.
e. Other areas—3 units.

5.0 SAFETY INFORMATION THROUGH THE SAFETY BRIEFING

5.1 Each group guest who will carry out any activity in the resort area will be given a briefing on the safety information by De Rhu’s Security Department.

5.1 This briefing aims to:

i. Explaining security measures in case of emergency, such as fire, flood, and so forth.
ii. Explaining risk locations for possible incidents like pool or beach areas and the security measures when conducting activities at these locations.
iii. Describing the actions of the resort in dealing with cases of accidents or injuries involving customers/guests:

a. Provision of medical equipment for minor injuries—First Aid Box.
b. Providing emergency vehicles to send customers/guests to the nearest medical center in the event of serious injury.

MAKLUMAT BERKAITAN SISTEM DAN TAHAP KESELAMATAN DE RHU BEACH RESORT

1.0 KEANGGOTAAN DAN AGIHAN PETUGAS

1.1 Jabatan Keselamatan dan Kesihatan De Rhu Beach Resort dianggotai oleh seramai 8 orang kakitangan:

i. 1 x Ketua Jabatan
ii. 1 x Penyelia Keselamatan
iii. 5 x Pengawal Keselamatan
iv. 1 x Pemandu Resort

1.2 Keselamatan resort dan pengunjung dipantau dan diawasi dalam masa 24 jam dan tugasan Pengawal Keselamatan terbahagi kepada 3 syif seperti berikut:

i. Syif Pagi—07:00 pagi hingga 15:00 petang:

a.   1 x Ketua Jabatan
b.   1 x Pengawal Keselamatan/Penyelia Keselamatan
c.   1 x Pemandu Resort

ii. Syif Petang—15:00 petang hingga 23:00 malam:

a. 1 x Pengawal Keselamatan
b. 1 x Pemandu Resort/Pengawal Keselamatan

iii. Syif Malam—23:00 malam hingga 07:00 pagi:

a. 1 x Pengawal Keselamatan
b. 1 x Pemandu Resort/Pengawal Keselamatan

2.0 KENDERAAN RESORT

2.1 Jabatan Keselamatan menyediakan 2 buah kenderaan untuk kegunaan pengangkutan kepada kakitangan dan juga pengunjung resort.

i. 1 x Van Nissan Urvan 3.0 cc (No. pendaftaran CDB 7469)
ii. 1 x Nissan Navara 2.7 cc (No. pendaftaran CDE 8369)

2.2 Kemudahan ini disediakan bagi tujuan berikut:

i. Pengangkutan untuk pengunjung resort apabila diperlukan:

a. Pengunjung yang tidak melebihi 4 orang—CDE8369
b. Pengunjung yang melebihi 5 hingga 12 orang—CDB7469

ii. Kenderaan kecemasan—digunakan sebagai pengangkutan ketika berlaku kes kecemasan untuk menghantar pengunjung atau kakitangan mendapatkan rawatan ke pusat perubatan terdekat.

3.0 PEMANTAUAN KESELAMATAN DAN LAWATAN OLEH PASUKAN POLIS

3.1 Setiap 2 hari sebuah kenderaan polis bersama sekurang-kurangnya 2 anggota akan berkunjung ke resort bertujuan:

i. Mendapatkan jumlah pengunjung yang berada di resort.
ii. Mendapatkan statistik grup tamu mengikut kategori aktiviti seperti:

a. Seminar
b. Hari Keluarga
c. In-house guest dan pelbagai aktiviti-aktiviti yang lain.

iii. Mendapatkan maklumat sekiranya berlaku sebarang masalah atau kejadian.

4.0 PEMANTAUAN KESELAMATAN MELALUI SISTEM KAMERA LITAR TERTUTUP (CCTV)

4.1 Resort dilengkapi dengan 66 unit Kamera CCTV yang dikendali dan diawasi melalui Bilik Kawalan CCTV yang bertempat di Pos Kawalan Keselamatan. Ia beroperasi 24 jam (24 hours) dan sentiasa diawasi dan dikendalikan oleh seorang Pengawal Keselamatan pada setiap masa.

4.2 Kamera-Kamera CCTV ini ditempatkan di beberapa lokasi yang strategik.

i. Kawasan dalam bangunan resort:

a. Laluan utama bilik—14 unit kamera CCTV.
b. Pintu masuk dan keluar resort—8 unit kamera CCTV.
c. Kawasan lobi resort—6 unit kamera CCTV.
d. Laluan ke dewan dan pejabat—10 unit kamera CCTV.
e. Dewan-dewan dan Cafe – 11 unit kamera CCTV.

ii. Kawasan luar bangunan:

a. Laluan Keluar/Masuk resort—3 unit kamera CCTV.
b. Kawasan parkir kereta—4 unit kamera CCTV.
c. Pintu pagar sekeliling resort—4 unit kamera CCTV.
d. Kawasan kolam—3 unit kamera CCTV.
e. Persekitaran resort yang lain—3 unit kamera CCTV.

5.0 PENERANGAN KESELAMATAN MELALUI TAKLIMAT KESELAMATAN

5.1 Setiap kumpulan pelanggan yang akan menjalankan sebarang aktiviti di dalam kawasan resort akan diberi Taklimat Keselamatan oleh Jabatan Keselamatan.

5.1 Taklimat ini bertujuan untuk:

i. Menerangkan langkah-langkah keselamatan ketika berlaku kecemasan seperti kebakaran, kebanjiran, dan sebagainya.
ii. Menerangkan lokasi-lokasi berisiko insiden seperti kawasan kolam atau pantai dan seterusnya menerangkan langkah-langkah keselamatan ketika melakukan aktiviti di lokasi berkenaan.
iii. Menerangkan tindakan-tindakan pihak resort dalam menangani kes-kes kemalangan atau kecederaan yang melibatkan pelanggan:

a. Penyediaan peralatan perubatan bagi kecederaan ringan seperti Kotak Pertolongan Cemas.
b. Menyediakan kenderaan kecemasan untuk menghantar pelanggan ke Pusat Perubatan terdekat sekiranya berlaku kecederaan serius.

The sunrise was so breathtaking
I returned for the third time alone because the memories had captured my being. The first time I arrived was for a family gathering. The second time was to attend a training session hosted by my workplace. A group of alumni convoys also invited me here for a reunion, but I had other obligations at the time. The sunrise was so breathtaking that it made me feel a deep sense of calm. I captured its beauty with my camera and later painted it. In terms of food, Cafe De Rhu exceeded my expectations. There's no reason to go out. The accommodations are consistently clean, comfy, and cozy, and the upgrades have improved the overall experience. There are numerous pools here, ranging from huge to deep. There is a beach nearby if you'd like to take a dip. If you intend to get to Batu Putih Island, they could possibly arrange for you. De Rhu Beach Resort offers everything from the beauty of nature to the taste of relaxation.

A fantastic location for both families and couples.
Everything was outstanding from the moment we arrived. The enormous pools at the resort appeared even better than they did in the pictures. The beach was accessible and close by. We particularly like the assortment of food and drinks that were offered during our visit. A fantastic location for both families and couples. Your De Rhu Suite, which faces the pool and the sea, is incredibly tidy and comfortable.

Gigantic crystal-clear swimming pools
What an amazing stay! The resort is just a short walk from the beach, and the gigantic crystal-clear swimming pools were the highlight of our trip. The kids spent hours in the children's pool while we relaxed by the adult pool. The food and drinks were excellent, and the staff made us feel truly welcome. We can't wait to return!"
