LKPP DE RHU BEACH RESORT BOOKING & RESERVATION POLICY
The following terms and conditions constitute the LKPP De Rhu Beach Resort “Booking, Reservation, Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy” (hereafter referred to as “Policy” or “Policies”). This policy is available to all Guests, Clients, Customers, Person, Company, Organisation or other body responsible for making the Booking (hereafter referred to as “Guest(s)” or “You”) who book and pay for an accommodation listed by LKPP De Rhu Beach Resort (hereafter referred to as “Resort” or “We”) and face a booking issue before, during or after their arrival to the Resort. The terms and conditions of the “Policy” also govern the obligations of the Resort to paying Guests in association with a confirmed booking made on www.derhu.com.my.
1. RESERVATION & PAYMENT POLICIES
1.1 Customers are allowed to make reservations to a maximum 5 rooms for each type of room listed at the Resort.
1.2 All rates quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia and are subject to 10% service charge and 6% GST thereafter.
1.3 The resort will accept payment from Guest PERSONAL ACCOUNT and ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARD only.
1.4 If payment by credit card is declined, your reservation will automatically be cancelled.
1.5 The Resort will not be hold liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our website or booking engine.
2. CANCELLATION, CHANGES AND REFUND POLICIES
2.1 Any cancellations made less than 72 hours (3 days) prior to arrival date results in penalty of full payment charged.
2.2 Any cancellations made within more than 72 hours (3 days) prior to arrival date results with no fees incurred (free-of-charge). Refund will be processed within 5 working days starting from cancellation date (weekend excluding Sunday).
2.3 For any changes to existing reservations, Guest has to immediately call the Resort to cancel the reservation and also send the booking cancellation form below this policy, as to avoid any unnecessary penalty for wrong booking input. Guest then is required to make new reservation with totally new payment. Any difference in payment will only be made by/ to the Guest/ or by/ to the Resort at the Resort itself on the check-in date, whichever apply”.
2.4 The resort reserves the right to cancel or modify any reservation where it appears that the particular guest has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error
We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Policies by posting updates and/ or changes to our website – www.derhu.com.my, periodically when necessary. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. All information, prices, services and availability are subject to change without prior notice too. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
